Consignor Information
Term of Agreement
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing thirty (30) days’ written notice.
Commission
Island Boutiques retains ten percent (10%) of the selling price of each item sold. The Consignor receives ninety percent (90%) of the selling price.
Payments

Vendor payments are issued monthly via ACH (direct deposit).

ACH Information for Commission Payments

Consignor shall provide ACH/direct deposit information for monthy profit payments made by
Island Boutiques.

Vendor Portal

The Consignor will have access to a secure online vendor portal to review sales, payment
history, and account information. The consignment system serves as the official record of sales
and payments. Questions regarding payments should be reported within thirty (30) days

Ownership
All merchandise remains the property of the Consignor until sold.
Store Standards
Island Boutiques reserves the right to refuse merchandise that is damaged, unsafe, counterfeit, illegal, or unsuitable for the boutique.
Liability
Island Boutiques will exercise reasonable care but is not responsible for loss or damage caused by theft, fire, flood, vandalism, natural disasters, or events beyond its reasonable control.

Signatures
CONSIGNOR

Unsold Merchandise

Upon termination, the Consignor shall remove all unsold merchandise within thirty (30) days.
Abandoned Merchandise
Merchandise not removed within thirty (30) days after termination shall be considered abandoned. Island Boutiques may donate, dispose of, or otherwise handle abandoned merchandise without further obligation.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
